名古屋港水族館 シャチ（１）

先週名古屋港水族館に行ってきました。

いつか家族でクーを見に行ったのを思い出しました。

また名古屋港水族館でシャチが見たいです。

イルカとシャチが同じ水槽で泳いでるなんて奇妙な光景だな～。

クーちゃんありがとう。３年前に名古屋港水族館に行きました。

水槽の中をぐるっとまわって、子ども達の前にくるときに

必ずく~~っと鳴いてくれて、そのたびに子ども達が大喜びしてい­ました。

あんなに大きなシャチが子ども達に声を掛けてくれている。

本当に感動のひと時でした。

クーちゃんは12年前に日本政府に水族館のために捕獲されました­ 。自分の家族と海に生活していたのに、人間のせいで家族と離れる­ことになり、さらに平均寿命50歳なのにわずか18歳で死んでし まいました。12年前に一緒に捕獲された家族たちは別の水族館で­だいぶ前に死んでしまいました。クーちゃんは最後の一頭でした。 このようなことを二度としないで下さい。

Ku needs to be kept with other whales. It is incredibly sad to see her kept alone in some pathetic concrete tank with just a dolphin for a companion. Dolphins and orcas, although closely related do not speak the same "dialect" or languages, therefore they cannot communicate... and if you noticed, in this short 53 second video, Ku did THREE LAPS around the tank.. that's how small it is.

and yet this is the biggest orca facility in Japan you should see the tank of kamogawa seaworld which houses 5 orcas it's sad and yet the Japanese are planning to capture more wild Orcas soon for display in these pitiful tanks sign the online petition if you want to stop the capture
