What's wrong with Sabato's voice? It's high pitched and cute like many anime characters. Desu :3. Besides I think she speaks like that in the anime. YAH! HAUUUUU 2:06! Sabato will be difficult to fight since her body can withstand the blow of Excaliborg. Sweet you can even take her halo off. ETAI DESU! Did Sabato teleport after the battle? Did Dokuro say Binkan Salary Man sausage? What did Dokuro say when the white dog started talking to them?

You have to do a regular combo with all three of your chars, then, when finishing the combo on your third char, press the special attack button (Y if I remember right, it's been a while since I've last played the game), quickly switch to the next char and press the special attack button again, then switch on your third and last char and press the special attack button again. You'll then get the character eye zoom like at 2:17.

If I remember correctly (as I haven't played this game, and much less this Chapter, for a while), you have to pull the levers in the exact order so you make the word "Excaliborg" (エスカリボルグ). So, you need to pull the levers in the following order : エ, ス, カ, リ, ボ, ル, and グ.

No, and it'll never be. This game is too much of a hassle licence and translation (text + English voice casting) for any game publisher to adapt and distribute this game outside of Japan. The only way you'll be able to play it is in Japanese.

@AceNoctali Is English voice casting really necessary? Most of Chaos Wars is left un-dubbed anyway. Only the main cut scenes have English dialogue and it's pretty bad. They should of left it undubbed. At least the subtitles are in English in Chaos Wars. I'd be perfectly fine if it was just subbed.

When inside the game, press the X button to go to the Menu Screen. Then, go to the window "環境設定" (Environment Settings ; located 2nd column, 4th window). When slecting this, you go on a new screen ; go to the 5th option of this screen, "難易度"　(Difficulty Level). 易しい is Easy, 普通 is Normal, 難しい is Hard.

I do not find either of their voices annoying, though I dislike Sabato's abuse of the Japanese word for "is." (Yes. "Desu" means "is," as in "Sabato is annoying.")

Allow me to correct you on the "desu" part. It does not mean strictly "to be". Desu is technically a copula, which is often translated as "to be", and can be dropped in speech (ex : you can say "Kore wa watashi no hon", but you can't say "This my book".)

Now that you mentioned such, Sabato's frequent use of "desu" causes her to sound like a foreigner (as in using "desu" EXACTLY like "is").

But to be sincere with you, you deserve more credit on your battle against this boss than mine, as this is my first playthrough, and thus I'm playing on Normal Mode, while you are fighting those bosses on Hard. ;)

And I had the luck she didn't use here her Cardbox Special Attack, as well.

The Enomoto card is indeed powerful, and my fave thus far among with Sabato's Cardbox. Jizu's Buggy is IMO to slow to appear and travel the screen. :/
