I really enjoy your tips Graeme. I am a unicycle rider, and even though I ride one wheel, I love your videos and challenges. I am training for the world unicycle championships this year. Hoping to better my times and results.
Many thanks for all the help via your videos, God bless.
Graeme, love your stuff, thanks! My goals, year two of cycle racing, full schedule of crits, few tt's on road bike and rr's. Trying to place top 5 in cat 4, and as of 1/5/12 will be doing this raw vegan.. my goal is to be smart, aggressive and try different things every race. If you're ever in Madison, wi and need a massage therapist look me up.
Hey Graeme. Big fan of your videos and approach to training and life. Keep up the great work! I've been getting in much better shape the last 5 months or so, and 2012 will be my first full year with an actual conscious focus on tuning my body for the best performance in sports and life. I feel like that's a big victory & realization in itself. Truly paying attention to diet and conditioning is making a huge difference for me. I'm signing up for my first events in February & March. Thanks!
Looking to do my first ever Tri in 2012, starting with a few sprints then on to Olympic and aim for a 70.3 in July / Aug. I come from a decent endurance (marathons & Ultras) running background so the challenge will be to swim efficiently & economically but the hammer will be dropped during the bike leg. I started cycle training in Oct this year and really struggle to work with HR zones as I can't get my HR up, I assume this is due to lack of cycle specific leg strength?
