i heard u say that there are jagged edges. i have an HDTV also. in order to get rid of the jagged edges go into ur TV menu whn u have the game on and switch the screen to 4:3. u have it on 16:9 with creates jagged edges.

If you don't have a slim PS2 then yes you do need a adapter. But if you have a slim then no you don't. Slims already have the adapter port on the back. Fatties don't. And it you have a fatty then your pretty much screwed because they don't make the adapters anymore. Best bet is eBay or buy a slim line, there only $60 now. Or just get a PS3 or a 360, because within a year the ps2 online it going to shut down.

Then you need to set up you online configuration. Just go and buy socom combined assault. It has the online configuration setup on that game. I think that game is pretty fun online. Hard, but fun.

Yeah, before you start the game, when it shows the teams on the bottom you can see what uniforms they are wearing. I thing it like L1 or R1 or something, to change. Just look on the bottom left or right (depending what side your team is on).

I'm picky about Madden. I got 03 on GCN which was great, but 05 blew it away. The Xbox version of 06 was the best. The 360 version of 07 is the best ever. I only bought other Madden games if they were really cheap and 16 bit. PS one versions were horrid.
