actually the strt scene remineds me of the old footage of the masses standing and cheering in front of hitler. The full film shows that he signed documents approving the opposite of every campaign promise within weeks, so there are ground that there is no trail of effort, therfor in law there was no intent to fullfill, there is clear fraud in any court of law.
