@xadam2dudex The man speaking was the real mastermind behind the Reagan administration. If you have a lot of time take a look at the Lincoln debacle on C-span (one of the many bank frauds of the 80's). To make a long story short he initiated the insanity we are living in and he knew exactly what he was doing. He was a personal friend of Charle Keating a pioneer in massive rip off of commoners via account gaming ,bail out (it was the FDIC in the 80's) and junk bond.
