  • This could actually make you run faster for some reason. Im 13 I remember running 100m this hench guy my age looks like 16yrs old with six pack and everything the guy made it 1st in the UK city tourniments and I came 3rd.

    Now that I discovered this Im getting faster and faster. This does help

  • You can't target one part of the body to lose weight. When cardio is done, it burns fat all over the body. My dad's been an amateur body builder since his 20s, and he knows his cardio. Running/Jogging about 30/45 mins a day at least 3 times a week is good, but if you really want to lose the weight, just take 1 day off per week. Eat healthy, smaller & more frequent portions, and plenty of proper rest is how to lose it. Lean meats, good fiber, no cane sugar.

  • @Rainhylda hey, I just finished a personal training diploma and there are a few things still puzzling me, wondered if you have an opinion. if your body burns fat at low intensity aerobic exercise and carbs at high intensity, why have carbs as a pre run meal?

  • You better once, run 30 min. because the first 20 minutes you lose your carbohydrates and after 20 minutes, your body will burn body fat. Rest is also very important for your body. So try to run 3 or 4 times a week. But you also have to have a good healthy diet. a good diet is more important than jogging. If you eat everthing that je want than you wil grow. haha. Eat lots of protein, especially after training and get the daily carbohydrate from fruit, potatoes or rice. than you will lose weight

IT DOES WORK!!!!!!! I used to weight 220lbs. now I am 200lbs. in about one month, it depends in your body but also in your discipline... REMEMBER THAT LOSING WEIGHT TAKES TIME, YOU HAVE TO BE DISCIPLINED.

  • brillaint video great tips will use, thanks, some of these exercises can be done with an ankle weight for even more resistance, only thing is the music, could of chosen something else!

  • @ryan93280 Some of those are great and I already do them ... as part of a complete body system. 4 minutes in the plank position ain't gonna do it all. Maybe do it before you do the real functional mvmnts.

  • @ryan93280 to be quite honest... all you should do is do at 1.5k run EVERY day, hit the gym and lift weights to help strenghen the core.. then do crunches and sit ups when you can.. thats it....

  • @ryan93280 this is what i do just eat 3 squares a day just walk and do 15-20 push ups a day and crunches and go for a run , i'm starting today i droped from 175 to 173 in a weekend i need to drop to 165

  • Doing 10 pushups between each exercise = 80 pushups. I find that a bit much for beginners, I am only 160 lbs and want to lose the belly fat and find it difficult just doing the slow version. Guess I'll get stronger as I go.

  • i still think best way to lose weight anywhere on your body is to bike for 2-4hrs a day in the sun for a week. make sure you wear long sleeve shirt too. thats how lance armstrong lost all his weight. it should only take a week. doing this excerise will take several months.

  • you know if you can do that with the ease on the video anyone will think you're really fit.. Its funny how some folks have to blindly criticize stuff without trying for themselves. I tried them but I could do them all very slowly and was run down by the time I finished the 2nd exercise... I'm gonna work this into my routine when I'm not working out at all.

  • Pure legs? What about the core or shoulder griddle? Plank is not an easy position (if your form is good) to stay in. This is definitely a total body workout.

  • This is SO what I was looking for! If you are the creator of this, you are an absolute genius. This is indeed a full body exercise regimen, unlike one of the commentors above said. Just try it....

    The burn, pump, and cardio rush you get from this is on another level!

    This is a hard shoulder and cardio workout but not a total body workout !!!

  • It can't be a total body workout. Burpees don't work all the muscles either.

    However the core and even the legs get plenty of exercise.

    I encourage you to try it.

  • This is not a good fitness test,its "only" a very hard shoulder workout !

    Why ?

    1. You work against the gravitation, so the main preasure is on your shoulder !

    2. Before other great muscles comes really to work, the shoulder is running out of power !

    You cannt reach with 4 minutes your legs, lower back,etc.

    3.With the shoulder muscles you can reach max. 30 percent of your total muscles !

    4. Whats about the other 70 percent ?
