Taking Apart the Bosch 11224VSR & 11228VSR Hammer Drills

i have an armature that is froze up because it got hot and the plastic from th outside casing has melted on it and won't let it turn. How do I remove the armature to remove the plastic off off it? I don't know why it got so hot. My guess is someone plugged it into to high of voltage, or maybe the bearings went bad...  I have gotten the gears and hammer assembly off now as you have illustrated in this video.
