People considering booking in new projects of Sobha Developers, please be aware that once you book there are lot of hardships you'll have to face be in terms of construction quality, inferior quality lifts that will breakdown, substandard tiles that differs drastically from committed ones, cracks on major walls, seepages on penthouses, though good response from customer support team very bad leadership at the maintenance team and issues like non-delivery of promised common amenities.

There are serious issues of non-delivery on the promised common amenities like Clubhouse and related facility for completed projects. They knowingly misuse the 'Civic Amenity' site loophole from BDA rules and regulations and file a deliberate case on bda to claim ownership of it and it leads to years of legal tangle ,customers who were promised all these facilities and monies collected but not delivered.

Their maintenance team openly promise on email that their team has approved payment of interest for illegally collected money but keep quiet thereafter when folks followup. The ex Lt Gen who heads this division is a mute specatator fueling suspicion if he is hand in glove in these cotorie of illegal things.
