He downstacked two stacks at the same time. Which is a scratch. The people in the five seconds (Steven, Luke, Tyler, Alex, Ken, Timo, and I) don't stop the timer illegally. The worst we do is double downstack.

its most common in the 333. its where you downstack 2 stacks at the same time, which is illegal. Its really hard to tell if you double downstacked or not unless you slow it down frame by frame.
