@HolyCrapTV There is a ton of bosses,but what I'm saying is they don't really differ from each other much besides King Slime, had yet to see him. But as for Twins, basically two Eyes of Cthulu, and Wall of Flesh is just 3 Eyes of Cthulu pasted into a fleshy wall. Skeletron and Skeletron Prime don't differ at all really, and the Destroyer is just a metal version of Eater of Worlds. I just wish that they would come up with new stuff rather than pretty much copy/paste original bosses :(

I'll give you that the Destroyer and Eater or Worlds are the same, BUT!

Skeletron Prime is SUPPOSED to be like Skeletron! So you can't complain that it doesn't differ that much. The eye of Cthulu isn't much like the twins because the Twins

1. Are tied together

2. Shoot Lasers

3. Transform into something different (The on anyway :P)

@HolyCrapTV yea maybe. I think some good ideas for new ones would be a Zombie Lord, Alien Mothership, or a Cerberus boss. They're all different from what we have already and they would fit into different areas of the world well.

LISTEN UP! If anyone is having problems with this boss i have a super easy way to do it.

Get 1 hellstone and put it down somewhere (have good armor of course)Stand on it!

Make sure you are not wearing immunity from fire blocks items (obisidan shield or anything like that) Also get the cross that makes you invincible for longer after getting hit, you also need a cobalt shield.So pretty much the twins can´t hit you cause you are taking 1-2 damage ever 3 seconds.Stay still and shoot them down!

ok so i killed all 3 and it seems you can cheapen the entire thing by doing the following

speed pot

grav pot

regen pot

really good ranged weapon (i used a mythical laser that i got from wall of flesh with the mana pot trinket thing, and about 100 mana pots per boss)

health pots

ironskin pot (for skeletron boss only, the other 2 are magic-based)

fly around the map in a bigass oval, use an altitude meter thing to make sure you don't go high enough to spawn wyverns.

Lucky you. They slapped the shit out of me. I tried one of those arenas that worked on the original Eye when you went tow to toe properly and had terrible gear.

I'm thinking of trying out a long as heck skybridge and kiting while spamming a few thousand rounds from the megashark this time.

@Deadlywhite ohhh damn man, Nice, I had to kill them today with some help of a friend, but, in TerrariaWikia I learned something very interesting, do an arena with hellstone bricks as floor and don't use obsidian skull/shield/horseshoe so it takes damage and the twins cant attack you, set some heart statues with pressureplates at the sides and connect them with wire, it works, additonally, its good to use a star cloak (or however its named) so you throw stars all the time.

@KillinTime2792 it seems like the hardmode bosses all require a bit of 'bullshit tactic' to kill them easier...with the destroyer it was the crystal storm spell and basically standing inside him while firing it and with the twins, for me the best tactic is to just get your best gun and hope for the best =/

@cryosabrexXx Nope. The bosses always have the same amount of HP - it's way easier to kill them in multiplayer, but the point is that the hardmode bosses are pretty much impossible in single player anyways. :P

I'm playing with 2 more people (so we're 3) and beating the destroyer the first time was insanely hard - not because the destroyer is that strong but because the time always ran out, even though we all had the dao of pow. I think if you want to beat the destroyer with less than 4 players you should probably use the star cannon - then you craft the megashark and go rape the other bosses. :D
