Yeah, that's not a bad amount of money but definatly not alot. It is a great way to get they're names out there though, and they could also train people wanting to get into MMA. I train pretty hard and aspire to compete in ADCC someday, got alot of training to do though lol.

no it isn't and why is the move cheap many top grapplers use the figure four body lock when they have someone's back.

Yeah I use the figure four body lock alot too.. But I don't know if you've had someone bigass dude squeeze your ribs in the guard but it can break your ribs quick... So thats probably why its not legal..

it is legal. and yes i used to train with att orlando and now i train with rhino fight team so i've had plenty of big guys squeez the shit out of me with it, but it doesn't hut nearly as bad if the use it when you're in their guard it's way worse when they do it when the have your back.

there are escapes from someone puting u in a body triangle you can even submit the guy on your back if he not carefull about changing the poistion of his legs

the only problem is you have to have long legs to pull it off from the guard plus i dont see someone who pulling a off a sub from the guard unless they dont do grapling often.
