The trailer was rotted, mildewed, and beyond repair. It was sitting on the owner's land, my friend offered to take it off the guys hands and towed it off to his own private property where they "converted it" into a flatbed to put it to good use. Everything was cleaned up within a day and what was salvageable was scrapped. After using it as a flatbed for a while my friend sold it to another guy and made a few hundred dollars off of it.

I guarantee the land owner did not want the mess these idiots made since if he wanted it removed it would have been better for it to be just towed off. Well if you were able to reuse the trailer, thats good. You could have easily salvaged the AC unit and some of the appliances too. And removing the siding for metal scrap value is not all that difficult.

I was never inside the trailer, I was just driving by, and my friend said to "watch this". I helped with the cleanup, and all the wood was soaking wet, rotted, and everything was covered in mold. It was really pretty nasty.
