You failed to mention that at Dunkirk, Hitler had the british forces completely surrounded for 7 days, but ordered the German artilary to not fire (which would have resulted in the British Expiditionary Army's complete destruction) and for German Forces to not advance.
Meanwhile Hitler sent a request for peace to Churchill, who ignored the document, and failed to mention Hitler's desire for peace to parliment or the British people; nor did he mention Hitler's choice to spare the B.E.A.
