@cstring420 an emulator just works to load the games roms which are the videogames that you will play on your computer , if you want to create a game you need another software and if you want to create a 2-d fighting game with new characters you can use the mugen program.

the only thing I don't like about these fan made mk projects like this one is that the character select screens look terrible and lazily done. I hate that they throw in characters that aren't mortal kombat characters. Other than that though...it's alright.
