I assume there's parts 'incomplete' in the sound because he's lost patience and just put what he's done forward, as he's tired of torrents of emails asking him how long it's going to be. Machinima does seem to be taking longer than usual to put “The Tunnel” up, my guess is it’s due to its length and that they’re planning to release both parts at once (at my request).
