Love this! I am still in high school but I love looking glam all the time without looking too made up and I wear those Demi wispies everyday! I love them!! I will even just do concealer and lipgloss and then those on lazy rush days and they make you look so awake and fresh!

Thanks for this video, I put my first eyelashes on today with your tips and it only took me two tries to get it! Yea!! I was always terrified. LOL Where can I get the Revlon lash glue? I've been to Rite Aid, Ulta, Walmart and Walgreens and I can't find it: here in KY :(

Hi Emily, this is the best false eyelash tutorial I've ever seen and I'm now ready to take the plunge and give it a try. i personally do not like the elf lashes because they just dont sit well on my eyes. when i'm kinda on a budget i usually get the miss adoro lashes or the select lashes, $1-2 per pair depending on where you get them. i'm not sure if it's an asian thing, but i find the miss adoro lashes best... otherwise if you have cash to blow then just get the mac ones! =)

Hey Emily! Did you know that there is a second method to applying false lashes? All you've gotta to do is apply to your top waterline. Sounds weird/painful at first, but I recommend you try it out! It makes the falsies look like your REAL lashes.

A while back I tried learning how to. Put on false eyelashes but I could never get them on . I finally got so disgraced I just threw them out. Your video inspired me to try again. I want to spread the word about a cheap primer for oily skin... aloe vera gel! I swear by it. After i wash my face I put a thin layer of it on my neck and face, then my moisturizer, and it sucks up everything. It can go on your eyes too! I tested it and my eyeshadow lasted 2 days (I know its gross, but it was for the experiment) try it and let me know what you think!

if you are worried about how the lashes hold through the day, then you can add an extra strip of lash glue after you put the lashes on.

My mom lost most of her eyelashes after her radiation and cancer treatments.They fell out and the new ones that grew back in were spare but curly. I am doing her makeup for her 50th wedding anniversary and I'd really like to try false eyelashes. Since she doesn't have many real lashes and I was wondering if there's anything special I should do since she doesn't have the same lashes to support the false ones. Thanks!

@ThePinkMyth I dont know if this will help but i bought talika eyelash conditioning cream off of skinterra (used a 15 percent off coupon i found online and got it for 25!) and its helped my lashes tremendously! i have ocular rosacea and because of my eyes always being irritated a lot of my lashes fell out and were really brittle this past year or so and now they are getting back to their natural length and fullness :D so happy i totally recommend! if you want more info message me!

@ThePinkMyth individual lashes would look really nice and they have more of a natural look to them to :) there's also eyelash extensions, which actually last a long time (like a month) but they tend to be on the expensive side, Ive tried them and they look realllyy good and you don't have to even wear mascara. hope that helped a little bit :)

@ThePinkMyth last year I went through chem/rad as well, I lost every single lash (every hair on my body for that matter), once I had a few lashes but they were very short, I was able to glue ones that have a thin and soft band, best ones for me were Ardell 102, I had an easier time with them, I drew a thick black line on top and they looked good! @ThePinkMyth I have a daughter who has been in dance all her life n she has to wear them for competitions. I have always adhered her lashes just above the hair line to preserve her actual lashes. If you adhere them really close to the lashline on the skin no one will be able to tell. Just make sure you line her eyes so that no one can tell. Even in my daughter's dance pics I do this n no one has ever been able to tell... Just a lil something to try..

Hi Emily, I still suck at applying lashes. I have tried and tried. But I'm not giving up. I am going to get the revlon natural ones and see how I do with them. Also, I'm going to get the half lashes and try them first; maybe I can do better with more practice on the half lashes. Practice makes perfect, right? People put eyelashes on with a tweezers and i bought this kit from Sephora that look kinda like a lash curler and you put your lashes on with it and i love it b/c im scared that i will poke my eye out with the tweezers and when you use this if you get your lid by mistake it does not hurt, it also came with a lash display you put the lash on the display and then the glue on it wait for it to be tacky and then grab it with the curler thing it works great. The lashes that came with it is good too

Purity made simple cleanser from philosophy is great for taking off your lashes. I take a small amount and just rub my eyes really gently for about 20 seconds and my fakes just fall right off. I give them a little rinse and the put them back in the package to dry and they're like new! I get at least 3-4 uses out of my lashes

It would have been nice to have seen the lashed actually on your eye, a snapshot of it. Because, like you said, it's hard to tell what the lashed in the packaging is actually going to look like "on". Although I know that would have been a lot of effort & time consuming, but really helpful.

the one issue i have had when trying to use these is my lashes even though curled and with mascara will lose the curl and you can tell i have false eyelashes on...will anything help that?? i've tried putting mascara on afterwards like you did...:(
