I have found my answer with my bich eating disorder (i used to weigh 176kilos, now 96 kilos)in the twelve step program of overeaters anonymous. Folling the 12 step program and being willing to do that helped me. I wis you the same and hope you are willing to try this. Kind and warm greatings, Aad

i went to a treatment center this year i may be only 12 years old... but i undersatnd were u r coming from!! And yes you can go 2 treatment dont give up i finally found a treatment center at the last min.!!!! If you want 2 go 2 my treatment center it is in Wickenburg Arizona and they have an adult unite :) right me back :) p.s. everything is gonna be okay :)

I have had some treatment now since I posted my videos and will update as soon as I am up to it. I really appreciate all the suggestions and kind words most of you write. I know what you have to do. 1)Take control of your disorder(and subsequently your life), beat this eating disorder(s). OR 2) Let it defeat you, and DIE of starvation. Pick one. If your lack of willpower overides your survival instinct, then I guess you weren't ever going to be a productive member of society any way. You are going to win OR you are going to die. YOU HAVE THE ABSOLUTE FULLEST POTENTIAL OF BEATING THIS, NO DOUBT. Whether or not it happens is up to you.

I'm not sure if I understand all the prices, but it sounds like you could start with the local plan and make your best effort with that. It might not result in a 30-day miracle, but it might help you to gradually change your thinking and your behavior. You might even meet some local people who have suggestions about where to go.

It seems so hard to get treatment once you want it. There's got to be some program with funding available for you, that doesn't force religion on you. I'm sorry I don't have an answer, but I want you to know I'm thinking of you- I'm in a similar boat of just waiting for appointments, for something to happen. Good luck. *hugs*

Are you seeing an outpatient therapist that specializes in ED? If not it might be a good place to start. And if he or she feels you need IP, then he/she can fight with Meicaid on your behalf. You have already taken the first step towards recovery....I hope you continue pushing against the wind in that same direction.

Hang in there girl. I know how hard it is to get into treatment once you decide to go for it. Maybe it's time to start looking outside your country. Try to get a scholorship somewhere. Keep looking until you find what you need. Never give up. Also, I strongly recommend you tell your parents what's going on.

breath. calm down. this is not the end of options. it doesnt mean you should give up. i know how difficult the decision is to get treatment, I am anorexic and when I decided to get treatment the options werent there and then I changed my mind and am stuck here, severely underweight and depressed. I hope you find treatment.
