I kind of decided to randomly try this game on emulator. Amazing music. Bosses are damn hard. Didn't even know this was unreleased.

Of course, all the colors and graphics are better than the NES version. After all, it's 16-bit. Only problem is: DRAWING SUCKS ASS! Look at Batman's legs. Look at how he walks! NES version had more solid animations and art style. They pushed the NES graphic chip to it's limits, but sucked at SNES and Genesis. WHY?! You're Sunsoft damnit!

@JechtAeon ironically, out of the 3 versions, the nes one was by far the best in both graphics and gameplay, they really shitted up the 16 bit ones. I mean the snes one wasn't released but you have to wonder why the genesis one looked like crap

I think it's the prototype, he told me about being one of the lucky 100 Nintendo Power subscribers, and got a whole bunch of Donkey Kong Country, and Mario World and Revenge of the Joker memorabilia.

I always thought that this game was made a Batman game in the last minute cause Batman was shooting everywhere and his death was like an explosion... Also woth the numers in the boss battles; it looked like a game of a robot or something... Anyway, it's funny how the NES version is the best looking of all the different releases...

What the heck is wrong with the possessed blimp in the background? It's like someone fed it rat poison and gave it an epileptic seizure. Then again, I could be looking at it wrong. Let's hope it's that one. This game does look better, but still not a great Batman game. Some baddies also apparently sound like dying seals.

Batman's sprite looks better in this version, but not the backgrounds or enemies. I'd still rather play this version. I like that Batman that first came to Genesis. I never understand why the best of the First Batman for NES and Genesis couldn't have been turned into something cool. Doesn't matter it's all a waist of money anyway.
