If you look carefully you will see that this car behaves as if the accelerator is stuck on full "throttle". This is probably not caused by lack of driving skills.

This car has probably automatic transmission so there is no clutch. This guy panics because of the stuck accelerator so I he simply does not think fast enough and turns of the ignition. At last he puts the transmision i neutral. You can see he moves his hand.
