Here is my advice:

Go online on extras and get metal cammo. This reduces the damage you take in half. Usefull. Plus it looks cool.

Put the AI at a higher lvl so they do cooler stuff.

About lag or gameplay i dunno. If you want to show the game or some part of the game go quality. If you just want to show a video kicking ass go gamelay.

I know the FROG soldiers aren't real women, just CG characters, but I felt really bad when I killed them. I can't stand their screams when they die, very unsettling. So I do everything I can just to knock them out. I mainly use the tranq pistol and rifle.
