I hear ya'. It's hard to avoid the toxins being tossed at us from all directions.

Get a good water filter, reverse-osmosis is the only kind that filters out fluoride.

Go for organic foods. Read labels, and avoid MSG, aspertame (it has alot of names) and GMOs. Study up and learn about ways to detoxify yourself.
