It's weird that he just aged to his 400 year self just like that. He stopped aging at 26, and most shows would have let him live. Because like I said, he stopped aging awhile ago. I would've had Arthur take Claires healing ability so they would have no further use for a teenage story arc that belongs on the Vamp Diaries or whatever.
I know. He was way too overpowered and his ability didn't make sense and was hardly explained. I admit, the shock factor of him being the Petrellis' father was there, but the plot twisting around Adam in Season 2 was perfect. It was so perfect, building him up from a drunk in the past, and then mentioning Adam Monroe and finding out they're the same person...
I loved season 1, and while season 2 had it's flaws I still thought it was great. Season 3 sucked, hopefully fugitives can make up for it
he is doing a children of the corn remake, the current writers for the story who fucked everything up, and kring fired killed adam but the writer from season 1(the best season of any show ever!!!)liked his story arc and when he returns to write after about the first 7 episodes of volume four he said he would find a way to write adam back into the story!!!! after his movie cotc remake, so it could be a season or two.
Wait...that's awesome, and cool, but sounds very unlikely. Both that he could write Adam back, and that he liked him enough to do so. I mean, he turned to a pile of ash, dude! I mean, he IS one of my favorite characters on the show, I thought his revival/death was rushed and poorly handled, but...where did he REALLY say that? I'm just curious, is all =3
for me adam wasnt a villian!he was a great character...but he lived for over 400 years and then he dies so soon in season 3...he and arthur as emenies would be pretty cool=)
No, it wasn't that they made him die, in fact, I expected him to die in season 3, it's HOW they made him die.
I was hoping to see him come back, as a major threat, under the leadership of the "ultimate villain" (Arthur Petrelli), but they brought him back for about 3 episodes, with about 10 minutes total screen time, just so he could die?! There was basically no point to bring him back at all!!!!! And then they had him die by whining and not putting up a fight. Feh.
couldnt agree more why kill a fan favourite when they hv so many unknown characters (eg knox who feeds off ppls fear) and it wud of been better to th story i mean an immortal evil character! why wud u kill tht
Everytime something good happens in heroes, adam monroe returning, hiro sobbing with his mother arthur petrelli jumps out of nowhere takes their powers and ruins everything. Its almost like 3 different people are writing it, with three completely different idea's as to where the story is going.
haha talking of knox, am i the only person who realised in every scene knox is in IN EVERY EPISODE he says something like ''YOUR FEAR MAKES ME STRONG!!!'' god he even said it thrice in one episode!! ok we get your power! STOP TELLING US!
First you show me no pain, then you cut me deeper then any blade ever could.
- That was epic.

I think he has been misunderstood, he's seen so many wars, famine, death... etc. You can hardly blame him for that opinion.

@Herbsandspices100 T_T that is so true, makes you wonder if Wolverine met him xD that be intense spin off movie?

I think they should've just taken his ability and let Hiro have been the one to kill him.

He aged quickly because he lost his ability, his ability held back the aging and without it, aging could continue

I think it would be cooler if he said this:
"When God wasn't with what he created, he wash them all away in 40 days and 40 nights, I shall do it 3 minutes"

That felt massively lame, but i did like Arthur a lot later on.

WHY OH WHY did he have to die? He was way better than boring Arthur Petrelli.

Why did they have to kill off Kensei? Did the actor just not want to come back?

I so agree with Adam. Humans suck yes that includes me.
How could they kill him off? So pathetically as well. I was so happy he'd be back but then they went and off him. Ahhhhhhhhh

I don't like season three at all.

one of my fav characters, was highly annoyed about him dying

I know! That's what I was saying to everyone after it happened.
The fact that he was the main antagonist throughout all of season two, and killed him off like he was an extra in the next season is just ridiculous!
xAttentionReaderx 3 years ago 3
I like season three, but since there trying to introduce a team of villains, killing of one of the fan favourite villains is stupid.

...and after this they made him die with a whimper, after only briefly coming back?
I really don't like the new season of Heroes. I even liked Season 2 a lot, but the new season's...just not as good as the first 2.
