You left out the fact that so far, every cloned animal has been born with debilitating physical defects, and none have survived to a normal life expectancy for it's species. The ibex also died shortly after birth. You have a strange definition of success. These issues may be resolved one day, but the technology now is far from successful. Until they can produce healthy specimens don't even think about cloning humans.

Here are your answers:

1: No, they never cloned a Human

2: I used Magix movie editor which is probably the closest thing to final cut on windows. To download or order; just google "Magix" and go to the first link.

3:for mammoths for example, they would get frozen dna from hair or similar and repeat the procces with an elephants egg cell. she would then give birth to a elephant/mammoth hybrid. they repeat the procces on the hybrid and co. until they get a pure mammoth.
