question. do you drain the water out of the yams or allow it to stay in the yams? this looks yummy and easy to make.

@iroc31407 you don't need to drain the water out of the yam because it helps in cooking the yam to make it very soft

I have to say, of all Nigerian cooking videos on YT, hers is the best demonstrated. I hope she does Egusi and Okoro soup.
