Go to Forest Haven. Go inside. Along the outter lining of the room where the deku tree is, you'll find a firefly. (it'll be bigger than the other white glowing things floating around and it changes colors)

you have to look for a bright firefly that glows different colors and is, essentially unique from the rest. You'll know it when you see it. I found mine on the ground next to the wall all the way left of the deku tree (you have to face the same way the deku tree is facing).

you have to go to windfall island and go through a door where that funny looking dude walks round, you will find mr tingle, let him out of the jail cell, go inside, remove the big box and go through the tunnel to find a treasure chest

... In forest haven (the inside area with the deku tree), just look along the ground area for a little floating ball that glows in different colors. It isn't that difficult.

You're supposed to delete the pictures you don't need. To do that, on the pictobox screen, you can push R and it should turn to a 'picture inventory'. Press 'A' on any picture you don't want, and it'll ask if you want it deleted.

Whenever he appears. He's there in the dayime, and strolls down the main road. It usually takes about 4 minutes for him to reach the mailbox, if he's not staring at you in the meantime.
