ooh! that's one very pretty system! i got a AKAI AA-1030 stereo receiver here from the late 70's. It's heavy as hell and built like a damn tank. It gives 2x30Watts out and it's just sick.. the first amp i have had that can shake windows with 60Watts of power.. totally insane raw Watts :P

I love this more too! For traveling a ipod is handy/easy, but that's just about it, at home I've got the real "power" and good looking stuff :)

Akai made some nice systems in the days. Nice complete rack systems and huge tower speakers. Their price range seem to be in the "mid" range not as high as the Sony,Pioneer systems. Hard to find systems that clean as yours as well as the speakers too. Very nice.
