I Have a total of 12 tats including a cover up, and although every ones pain tolerance is different, I WOULD SUGGEST FOR YOUR FIRST TAT GO WITH YOUR TUMMY AREA OR BOOBS BECAUSE OF THE FATTY AREA VS GETTING A TAT ON OR NEAR BONES,SUCH AS YOUR NECK, SHOULDERS, WRIST, ANKLES, FEET.. ETC BUT AGAIN every ones tolerance level is a bit different. ps if you really have doubts... GET SOMETHING SMALL OR GET A PIERCING INSTEAD... LEAST ITS NOT PERMANENT =)

@gleekyhannah239 when you are that old it no longer matters LOL tattoos are not for the benefit of others they are a personal statement. I get a laugh out of people that overreact to getting them..they if done right they never hurt. I actually fall asleep while being tattooed. I wish it did hurt.
