  • This has happened to me Four times....first time's the worst.

  • you took an arrow to the knee?

  • what is that hes putting in his mouth? :D

  • @MikeyZeov its gas to numb the future pain, basically what you get at the dentist for a root canal, but a much lower dose of the gas is used for dislocation, as you fall asleep when you get a root canal:)

  • @cheerios261 you most likely dislocated your patella, I happened to do the same thing in July while I was playing football, I jumped up came down at the wrong angle and it came out, it went back in immediately and I went through physical therapy for 3 weeks, during basketball tryouts 2 months later it came back out and I've been exercising since, it should be back to normal by the end of January so I can continue playing sports, but I highly recommend physical therapy.

  • @VC3NTS and it hurt like hell when it happened huh? xD yeah we most likely got the same thing going on, but the problem with mine is that i have a couple of nerves that are out of place im guessing cuz when i rub my fingers through the nerves they pop and i feel like a sharp pain there, is that how yours is? or was?..

  • my knee looked about in the same position when i hyper extended my knee backwards and dislocated in the last 2 minutes of my championship football game... i wasn't even tackled =P i was *blocked*, I'm not even on the offensive side either =P lol

  • i dislocated mine and fractured the tibia just below the knee skateboarding

  • I use to be able to dislocate my knee, Until i took an arrow to the knee

  • i have dislocated my knee for the 7th time 2 days ago :P im only 15.

  • @russian405 what kind sport do you pratice ?

  • @Finak100 ive been playing soccer, football, snowboarding,Tae Kwon Doe, track and even dancing, every one of these sports have dislocated my knee at least once, ive been looking for a sport i can play but havent had any luck yet :P

  • @MsITouchGirl swiming also ? :D

  • all he needed to do was stop being a bitch a straighten his leg. that's what i did. went right back.

  • Happened 3 times to me, it hurts way to much so I'm being as careful as I can.

  • 3 times to me :(

  • I dislocated my knee playing soccer....very very sore....had to wait for paramedics...they came and popped it back in on the pitch...then brought me to A&E....they fitted a brace and told me to come back in three weeks time for a check up....so i went back and they said everything was healing well...just to keep exercising it...now three months on my physio told me to go out and see a orthopedic surgeon...so just waiting on a surgry date now.....this has to be the worst injury that can happen.

  • Like if your watching this at the hospital because this happened to you now! :p

  • this happens to me like 3 times a week

  • I've dislocated my knee and I still got a lot more physio before I can walk. The gas and air felt nice though.

  • When I dislocated mine there were problems getting me to a doctor so It was dislocated for over 3 and a half hours. (all the way out). Most of that time I didn't have any pain relief. and when I did I only got gas and air.

  • hurts like hell! Still getting it put back in doesn't hurt as much as when it's dislocated.

  • Ah! This happened to me a week ago. 囧 Are you able to kick as strongly as before? Any problems?

  • I done it and ripped ligaments 2 weeks ago

fuck gas and air i popped my own knee back !

But oh ya fucker it wasnt nice !

  • mine just came out 5 minutes ago went back in its self though i was lucky....i can remember when it didnt go back in

  • Happened to me a couple days back, just straightened my leg and it slid on back into place :P

    Fucking kills though.

  • how can he be sitting som calmly, i would be fucking screaming and crying lol

  • @BrazilsRonaldoFan That gas he is inhaling takes away the pain and plays with your nerves system it helps allot

  • @BrazilsRonaldoFan it didnt hurts at all

  • pussy.... i adjusted my kneecap by myself

  • Good boy breath some gas...

  • i just came back from the hospital, i was fucking my girl hardcore on the couch, i put all my weight on one leg an my knee slipped out an i cracked my leg an tore a bunch of muscles haha

  • @andrewmurphy6 lmfao ! another way to dislocate your knee cap

  • it happened to me playing football (soccer), and when i hit the ground it popped back in. i went to the hospital and they told me that i had torn the ligements and muscles, and i had also fractured it. it was the worst pain i had ever felt. 2 months later they told me i could go back to football, and within half an hour it happened again except not as bad as it didnt come all the way out

  • @connorfleming169 not within half an hor of being told i could but 2 weeks after lol

  • i also have this kind of shit....what is the science behind this...???

  • @MrFalcon255 it could happen for a lot of reasons, which includes abnormal anatomy like "patella alta", lateralized patella (which could be due to prior mpfl insuficience or injury), mpfl insuficience, and other factors. The most frequent case is the mpfl insuficience, which leads to redislocation in the future. Nowdays, we have a very innovator and extremly successful surgery method to rebuild mpfl (the primary stabilizer of the patella) which i did, and im playing pro tennis better than ever!

  • What did they have him inhale?

  • This happened to me yesterday. With soccer.

Ambulance came and they gave me morfine and i didnt feel any pain. And when i was in the hospital i already forgotten what happend. Now i need to be in braces for 6 weeks. Does anyone know if thats actually going help? What i can do best? Thx

  • @zjhost Hey man, thats will help your mpfl to heal, and your capsular retinaculun to heal too! After 6 weeks in braces, your leg will become veeery weak and thin, and you will need to do a good rehabilitation, which will took some long months, about 5 or 6, to strenghten and fortify your quadriceps and leg muscles to stabilize your knee! In fact, if you´re a sportist, and wants to keep it up, don´t get me wrong, but without surgery, you will dislocate your knee cap again, i´ve gone through it!

  • @zjhost you need to be careful ! thats all it will always popping if you do sports like judo skate do more bycycle and practice swiming ! Devi star atento e basta :D

  • it also happened to me and its the worst fucking pain i''ve ever felt :/ And the worst thing is the retarded medical staff wanted to put my knee back on its place without any painkillers or morphine.I was screaming in agony while they where trying to put it back on his place. But it didn't work because i was in to much pain.So they had to take me to the hospital wit a splint on my leg.fucking retards i don't understand why they didn't gave me some painkillers on the spot.

  • @NLPaganBlood snap they were exactly the same with me

  • I"m seriously have my knee cap dislocated right now and i'm alone

  • I just dislocated my hip getting up from the sofa and I screamed and as I was pushing my self up, it popped back in. It still has this weird resonating pain and i was crying! I LITERALLY did this 2 mins ago!

  • my knee cap popped when i was playing football a guy managed to pop it back into place wasnt really that sore

  • I injured mine during a linemen drill for football on Thursday for the first time. All I did to pop it back in was straighten out my leg but then it went to far to the other side. I'm just hoping that this heals before 2 a days

  • I did mine skateboarding

  • holy crap the emt still has his license? LOL gas him then administer a calibrated wack ..... the lawyers would have a field day in the states..... not a big enough hospital bill to keep everyone happy. thanxs for the vid... makes me want to practice in third world countries where you can actually help people. (nurse in denver)

  • I dis-located my knee cap twice... same knee just different side both times.

First time it hurt real bad!

but seconds time i barely even felt it...

  • during basketball season me and another guy went up for a rebound and we got tangled up and fell down and i landed right on the side of his leg and heard a crack and jumped up and he was laying on the and his knee cap was on the side of his leg it was disgusting D= but the bitch shouldnt have been posting up on me so hard hehehe

  • btw, how did your recovery went?

  • In the third world there's no anestesia and you have to put ir back the manly way.

  • i was walking on my couch one day, and my foot went in the crevice and i twisted my leg......i could feel the cap move across my knee so i extended my leg and then i felt something pop into place. it swelled up 2x the size of my thigh and i couldnt walk on it for 2 weeks. it sucked.

  • yeah i did that tomyself last year in a fight, nasty injury that

  • this just happened to me yesterday for the first time.. what you should have done is when you first got it, you should have put it back in place by yourself. When I did mine i punched it back into place and today it feels great, its a little wobbly but it doesn't hurt at all. the longer you leave it out the longer it takes to recover.

  • @VaBeachGymnast I had this done the day before yesterday and it was all the way over to the left and it wouldn't move, i had to call a ambulance to come get me,it was an hour or so before they put it back in place. The worst part of it is when your muscles are trying to put the kneecap back in place.

  • @XxflamingarrowxX yea its a scary experience i think the only way i got it back myself what because i was in shock. i hardly remember it.

  • fucking OUCH!!

  • 011 Lizardman0354 i lnow your pain mine normally goes right back in ut whe i was playing basketball i staued out i called 912 and when they got there they did not know how to put it back in place an an hour after i arrived at the E

  • i had a realignment surgery so my knee won't sublux, pop out out good. dr. said if u loose fat and strengthen V.M.O (tear drop muscle on the inside of ur leg the dislocations should stop. he also said a tight I.T. band (the muscle that runs down the outside of your leg) pulls kneecap to the outside some foam rolling will help. also said u want to alleviate pressure from knees hints the weight loss also said strong calves help because they asorb some of the shock so noyt as mich on knees

  • hey hav problem with patella dislocation happend 1st wen i was 16 den again when i was 17 again wen 20..inbetween these times its kind of wobbled threatening tho come out on occasions.. i am very active and sport is my life can anyone relate to me??(and tell me how they are doing after) have been to loads of physios and doctors need fresh perspective and best treatment...Please help or advise me you only get one shot in life to do what you love I don't want to let it pass me by anymore!!???

  • he's a wussy.... a push mines back in myself..

  • that happened to me like a week ago and the doc put it in place at the hospital with out telling me or giving me any pain reliver

    just pop

it hurt like a bitch buts its sore now

  • Aaahhh the knee is very painful... The shoulder it's not that bad still painful but not like the knee...

  • God that's painful!

  • Thumbs up if you have discolated your own kneecap!

(i have 2 times on same month)

  • @FrontFINLAND i dslocated mine twice within a year and the second time i tore my ACL , MCL, and meniscus in my knee and had to have surgery

  • @FrontFINLAND 2 times in 2 months. Playing basketball. When I fell to the ground mine popped back in it's place so i guess I was lucky

  • @luchiano93 My kneecap didnt pop back, paramedics just grabbed it and pulled it back.

  • @FrontFINLAND dude it sucks so bad i have it right now and i can make a 90 degree angle with my leg it sucks so bad

  • @SkatingThe805 Yeah, and almost everything happened to me. (Kinda)

I have broked my neck , discolated left kneecap two times , 2 bones totally broked on my right hand , finger has broked several times and toe too , and im just 13 :D

  • @FrontFINLAND now 3*

  • @Andycr5000 i did the same thing playing football n i did it 3 times it doesnt hurt after it heals it may pop once in awhile and i got a knee brace it still wont help avoid injuries but its best to quit basketball thats what i did cuz next time u may tear a ligament when u pop your knee out again

  • Hey I dislocated my patella on my left knee about two weeks ago while playing basketball and was wondering wondering if any knows like will I have a pain in it after its healed? And if I do it again does it do more damage? And what's the best way to avoid it happening again? Please help

  • @Andycr5000 yeah i did it in football too. first find out if its cus you have shallow grooves that hold your kneecap in place or if your ligaments are stretchy/tore when you did it. mine tore and i did it 13 times. i just had mpfl reconstructive surgery on it. your mpfl is the ligament that holds it in place. so yes you want to avoid that and if you did just damage your ligament rehab the shit out of it and dont come back to sports until its 100 percent.... unlike me hahaha

  • their accents make me smile

  • that happened to me last year on my left knee =p

  • why the heck am i watching this? this happened to me a week ago...and 2 other times before then. (left knee 2x right knee 1x) i'm reliving the pain and everything else. it hurts like a mother unless you have a lot of pain meds.

  • gotta love the gas

  • i dislocate every bone. I LOVE THE GAS!!!!!!!!!!!

  • WHY Ó_ò did he get this fuckin gas an me not.

It hurts so badly and everything you get are some "good" words.

  • its amazing how quickly the pain goes when it goes back in

  • feel sick watching it

  • chinese fire drill emergency care

  • I reckon that guys dead now then ;)

  • Had it 2 times by now. Hurts so bad,

  • @StuKjE001 same

  • @xSCOTTxSODMGx that's one way to reduce it, if that fails, then you push the cap over to the centre (where it should be). I've never dislocated my knee but I've seen it a few times...once the guys knee cap went to the outside of the leg and then dropped down the calf! Needless to say gas and morphine was not enough...he had to be jacked up on Ketamine and have one he'll of a time in hospital. Where the pain is concerned, someone called this guy a wimp or whatever...you have to remember that

  • all you have to do to put it back in place is straighten out your leg

  • @xSCOTTxSODMGx You can't just 'put it back on place and straighten out your leg'

  • my knee popped out of place while playing basket ball, but the only person that was their was my older but smaller than me sister, so i popped it back in place and walked inside with little to no help, went to the emergancy room, i was in so much pain

  • this crap happened to me less than a week ago

was on the floor for 40 mins enduring the pain until ambulance came, then the idiots from the ambulance tried to force my leg straight because they didnt even care to ask what I had

then after a bumpy ride in an old ambulance and a 30+ min wait in the hospital they forced it back in, the whole time i wasnt given anything for the pain

luckily i didnt tear any ligaments so I prolly wont need surgery

most painful experience in my life so far

  • @Lizardman0354 the same exact thing happened to me, but luckily they put me to sleep and popped it back in

  • dude, i know right, iv dislocated my left kneecap 4 times badly and 2 times minor, nitrouse and shots dont work on me though so it suuuuuucckkkkkkkssssssss

  • Omg same shit happened too me but i dislocated my knee like 4 times already...then i got some shots for it kinda like steroids but on the ass...(lol 14 year old with shots).....after i felt much better and it didnt dislocate again

  • Could he walk on it straight after?

  • @ScooterDudeeee you cant. It would probably pop back out again. I dislocated my knee twice. I had to call the ambulance the first time and the second time it just popped right back into place. Feels so much better when it is put back into place lol

  • omg u woos i suffer from permerant dilocated knees 9thats both) and im only 15 and i dont even need gas n air, i pop it back in myself so grow a pair and get on with it!!!!!!!!!1

  • @jimbobnjosie

ya but hes plays soccer so i bet his legs are pretty muscular, so when the joints are pulled tight by the muscles and tendons it hurts alot more to stretch them out like that

  • the same thing happened to me about a week ago and the doctor just put it back in place dosent even hurt that much it fells more like a bruise or sore knee

  • Oh my gosh... It just happened to me in January. It Was the most torturous thing ever... And everyone I've heard so far say that it usually happens more than once. This time the took me to the hospital and knocked me out... But they said that next time I'm just gonna have to pop it back in..,

  • Dude!!

My Knees Dislocate Regularly, So Far 2wice To My Right, 1nce To My Left. It's Really Painful When They Put iT Back iN !!! But That Stuff They Give You iS Really Good :D

  • my kneecap always relocates itself instantly, but its still painfull. my mother and sister have that, too. there is something wrong with our kneebones or stuff.. feels bad man.

  • cool, he smokes weed while getting repaired, america's so cool...

  • @CarnivoreXYZ You don't hear their accents? They're not American. Nor is he smoking weed lol.

  • @wDawks Then it must have been a dream of mine

  • "if this goes on youtube you are dead." is he dead????

  • I know what you went throw iv just dislocated my knee playing rugby and the laughing gas is awsome

  • This happened to me at my Muay Thai club 2 days ago, getting physiotherapy soon. Trust me to do it on exam leave :( Laughing gas was awesome though made it all feel like a dream :P

  • That is one cool paramedic

  • "if this goes on youtube your dead"..uh-oh is he dead yet haha

  • Laughing gas is amazin!! I dislocated mine on monday and when they put it back into place i was laughing ;D

  • @nick1996lfc hows your physical therapy going?

  • @Unicornrainbowsdd starting it next monday :D

  • I dislocated my kneecap today:/ it sucks so bad. Ugh

  • @J05E94 did u put it back into place?? please reply on my channel :D

  • tht guy behind him is exactly the friend ppl need when they do this. most r just laughing buh nawwwp hes there. cute.

  • laughing gas, thats awesome!

  • My knee cap almost protruded through the skin. I through an open palm to put it back. Probably should of left it as is.

  • does anybody have experience that it poped out and than it happened again and again. Couse My nkee cap poped out a week ago and I can almost walk normally. But the fact that it can happen again is scary. How will I ever do sports again. I love to train parkour, aikido and soccer and I am now always afraid that it will pop out again and again. The pain is not that bad but this is.

  • @thedebelasvinja yes i had this experience happen to my left knee a while ago. and the pain doesnt really hit you until like a day after. and this was a soccer injury too. went for the slid tackle and my knee got caught in a pot hole. go figure. this is part of the game and any sport. Dont be afraid. the more you are afraid and scared of this happening again chances are it is gunna happen again. but i know its hard. just keep away from that fear and you will be fine.

  • @thedebelasvinja I've done it twice, it don't hurt much when It goes out, feels a bit weird, feels like your knee is gonna tear through ur skin, hurts when it goes back in but all the pain is gone once it's back in. It only aches a bit for a few days after. Was it like that for you? The thought of doing it again is very scary!

  • My kneecap got dislocated for first time today in P.E class barely even felt it.

  • they guy who put this on youtube is dead.

  • just popped my knee at wrestling it looked disgusting, didn't hurt as bad as when i shattered my ankle

  • wats that guy putting in his mouth

  • @bmanolf this gas that should help take some of the pain away

  • those two boys look so cute cuddled together

  • i discolated my on 28 july its was horribel i was really scared i was more scared than the pain

  • @levski221 how is your leg now

I did it too but on 18 october :(

  • The first time I did mine it was on one of these pitches it popped back after 15 seconds. Its not nice to say the least that was in 1984 when tight bleached jeans were in fashion. Stupidly I hobbled home only to find I couldn't get my jeans off as it had swollen to twice its normal size...the doc at outpatients took 3 large syringes full of blood and fluid off my knee...

  • Mine pops out of place randomly, One day i was standing there just talking to my mates, then suddenly it pops round to outer part of my leg.

The pain involved is at times unimaginable and for the past 11-12 months it's been fine.... Till today -__- I didn't listen to my physiotherapist but please take their advice, that's one thing i regret not doing.

  • my knee cap popped out when i just finished a home run. i was like all YAY! and then my knee popped and then I was like WAAAAAAAAH! And i had to go to the doctors to get it put back in. and i didnt get that breather thing so it really hurt. and then i got sent off to have a blood test because the doctor was concerned about something. so i had a needle and an injury on the same day. one of the suckiest days of my life :(

  • true friends right here

  • That happened to me. And I've had knee problems ever since. I don't know why hut everyone is shocked that I popped it back into place myself. It hurt really bad but after I popped it back in, it felt a lot better. Totaled, it's popped out 8 times.

  • @katmarstid

I've always popped mine back in must have been 12-18 times over the past 25 years, I find if you slowly straighten your leg by placing your hand under your calf it goes back....its an awful feeling but I find its better doing that than to leave it dislocated !

  • @wataf211110 its liable to cause more ligament damage though and thus cause it to be more likely to happen again and again. Im purely quoting the doc though as i dislocated mine 3 days ago. And that nitrous stuff doesn't do shit to me waste of time really caused the nerves to twitch more and caused more pain

  • Awwah! Im stilling here with a leg brace on because I dislocadted my knee like 2 days ago. Its alittle sore. Its the second time this year that I dislocated my knee! :( The first time I dislocated it, i went to the hospital and all they did was put it back into place. Just have someone straighten your leg and get a brace and some ice on that! :(

  • the gas and air helps a lot, this happened to me today and it hurt like hell

  • @mm1227952 what does it do?

  • @MdrnDncr87 basically it makes you a bit high and loopy so you don't feel much pain, they usually use it when the knee is being put back in and when they put you in the ambulance

  • man up nigga!

  • is this in hillingdon or brunel university or goals in heathrow???

  • its happened to me twice one on each leg iin fact the second happened today and to me it did not hurt at all except a little when its put back but it takes a bit to start walking

  • Looks painful

  • wat do u call that thing his blown in

  • @eljefe90

    A penis

  • @eljefe90 idk but I think its to keep hilm calm or to reduce the pain

  • @Neverlose2u N2O it can be bought at erery convenience store to produce whipped cream :D

  • @eljefe90 its gas&air.. dunno the medical term but its great stuff, only lasts 30secs though!

  • @SmoulderingPies the same gas is injected into engines to improve combustion. its called laughing gas ;)

  • @eljefe90 maybe you can call it regulator or mouth piece. i guess the gas was nitrous oxide. they sometimes had this in clubs and at patys back in the days. its a kind of narcotic mainly used for medical purpose. It will knock you out for some seconds and also makes you dizzy afterwards. But its not a very nice feeling and gives you headache. Confusing it with CO2 is also very hazardous.

  • what was that thing you had in your mouth? Damn, you're a good sport.. I'd be sobbing my eyes out if my knee looked/felt like that.

  • @lilacwinteraire He's self-administering nitrous oxide for anesthetic.

  • honestly, a dislocated knee cap looks bad but its really not. i had my knee cap dislocated in a high school state championships game for soccer and it is something i hope i never experience again, but its not bad (maybe the adrenaline made it not hurt). they popped it back in 6 min. later and i never got that oxygen thingy

  • @VolcanoTaco16 did it ever happen again to you? i mean it happend to me two weeks ago and i plan on playing soccer after i get my physio and stuff around 3 months, but does it happen again? can i sprint and jog normal again/? lol

  • @Ijomer no, it never did pop out again. i never tore any major ligaments either, just some of the muscle tissue. i did have to go through physical therapy for 2 months straight, couple times a week. trust me, i worked my ass off trying to heal in time for my big college tour trip. i guess my dislocated knee cap injury wasnt as bad as it seemed afterward cause i was back playing soccer 2 weeks after it happened, but my doctor advised me not to, but i wanted to play anyways lol

  • @VolcanoTaco16 not bad? it put me on crutches for two months. Then a brace after that with 2 weeks of therapy

  • @Neverlose2u if you didnt tear anything and you were on crutches for 2 months then i hate to say it, your a pussy. i was on crutches for like 2 days. toughen up a bit

  • I had that happen to ne it was in my friends bday at his party and I was mad I didn't get any cake lol they all laughed and thought I was crazy because I was still talking nd acted like it didn't hurt lol

  • Man that's a great doctor!!! :)

  • its sickening to dislocate it...i was on my floor for 30 minutes cuz parents werent home. they picked me up and walked to the car...35 minutes passed while in car with bumpy roads because i live in a newer city...the 2 hour wait at hospital....the n they repositioned it...which was quick but hurt like heck...im 13 and therapy sucked

  • @Pressmold lol

  • seeing the knee being put back in is very distressing for someone who has dislocated their knee

  • @barbosa457 So true, my kneecap is actually dislocated right now and I'm so scared to look @ this video. Wait i dont think i can do it! Yeah im pretty sure i cant look @ it lol

  • got my knee located today, saw it, was like "HOLY SHIT" then my coach put it back in place. got a knee brace for it. =\

  • This is one of the most painful injuries you can have. I dislocated my knee cap 5 times in a span of 20 minutes and on the 5th my knee cap went totally out like this guy. If your knee cap ever pops out and pops back in, do not get up and start walking again or this will happen. Unfortunately that 's what I did and what could have been a minor knee injury turned into a major one.

  • this happend to me a year ago

    also with football

and it doesn't look like it hurts

    that's because it doesn't

    unless you move it

when you move it, it hurts realy really bad

that's why he sits that still

when people break their ankle, you see them scream and roll around

you can't do that with a dislocated knee cap

  • it looks a lot less painful than it is :/ had this done before.. he handled it like a champ though

  • That looked like that hurt like a mofo at 1:57

  • @U3X6785 no trust me

after he puts it back in place you feel a lot better
