  • Good review to watch. German humor is interesting...if not a bit dry

  • Ah, someday I hope to harness the power of M...

  • Why name the video in english when you lot speak some next level language?

  • lol they couldn't get those cars because the m3 would of done laps around all of them around the alps. fact not opinion.

  • @charlesaurus Nope, quattro has a huge play in driving in the alps be it any season

  • @zBpautos Actually, yeah. Maybe if there's snow on the ground... that's about it. Are you really arguing a specific AWD system is the sole reason why a car would win? lol. So you're telling me a 'quattro' a4 will do laps around an m3 because it has quattro and the m3 is RWD? If you test them in fair weather no way in hell.

  • False advertising... I want to see a RS5 vs. a M3 vs. a C63 AMG. Not this crap...

  • this video sucks. NEEDS MORE AUDI.

  • whats the name of the song : 30:25 min. ?

  • This is really an ugly language

  • Where the f@ck is the C63 AMG!? This is not a test, it's a commercial for the new M3!

  • vs rs5? there was no rs5!

  • Great video guys!

I really appreciate your sense of humour and, of course, the nice cars you're driving all over the world as well.

Thanks for sharing all those nice videos on the best breathtaking landscapes I have ever seen.

    All the best from Italy

  • Cool video, cool road, cool cars ;)

Anyway and not about cars, Col de la Bonette isn't, as it's said, the highest european road neither highest mountain pass.

There are three other higher passes, Col de l'Iseran (2770 m), Stelvio Pass (2757 m) and Col Agnel (2744 m)

A yet, there's a higher 'nowhere' road that climbs almost to the summit of Pico Veleta, 3,394 m, in Sierra Nevada (Granada,Spain) that reaches up to 3,390 m.

  • Hi mate, many thanks. And, you're right, the >Col< de la Bonette is "only" 2.715m, but there is a small route that leads to the "Cime de la Bonette", which then is 2.802m (although this figure differs a bit, depending where you search). The road in Spain is/was not tarmac (I tried to climb the hill with an old Passat Diesel in the 80-ies and failed). So, finally the Cime de la Bonette (but not the Col) is the highest road on tarmac (as always we were somehow wrong :-).

    Best regards, Kai

  • @FlatoutProject Tthe road/track/whatever is actually closed and will for sure: ten years ago Sierra Nevada mountain range become a national park...

By the way, ¿are you talking about the same passat you talk about in the video, the one you used to climb the same col many years ago?

Cool way of motorsport that about trying to climb as high as posible with an underpowered car that gets even more underpowered as climbs higher!

  • @FlatoutProject I don´t know how was it back in the 80´s (I was born in 1987...), but it is tarmac now. Best regards, A Spaniard guy

  • @TheTortugate Ah, thy. So maybe a destination for our next project. Best regards, Kai

  • m3 for me, power and elegance

  • Audi RS5 any time all the time, alps type roads, straight, wet, dry, snow, rain, sun, on off road, design looks in and out, comfort, class power, performance any time, any where, all the time Audi will get you there.

  • @TheMegaCONARTIST Hi, maybe right. A shame we didn't get one. Maybe next time :-)

  • @FlatoutProject Well i hope you do ASAP :)

  • Wheres the rest of it?

  • "mit dem auto sich zu verfahren ist einfach nur genial" :D

  • Comparable to US muscle cars? In performance, yes. In price, no. Just as the Asian automakers make equal performance cars to the US, but for cheaper, the US automakers make equal performance cars to the Europeans, but for cheaper. It's weird, but that's just the way things have been.

All three are great cars regardless. :)

  • Nice! But i think audi RS5 will be probably more better :)

  • okai i will buy a M3

  • I love the M3 !!!

  • God dammit! I also want to drive these cars! Cool though :)

  • @tgseason12 Those cars are soooo cool, really! Best regards, Kai from Flatout project
