Funny that most of the Nu metal bands of today will nearly always site FNM as inspiration. For the nay sayers who slate mike patton, he did have involvement in most of the songs. Chuck mosley only contributed to 2 albums. BG, RD, MP and occasionally JM wrote most together, if they could stop hating each other

If FNM record another album, i hope it's better than 'Album Of The Year'. That album was just fucking weak. the only great songs were the singles. something that cannot be said for 'Angel Dust' or 'King For A Day....'. 'Stripsearch' was the only new idea on there. the rest was warmed over and recycled from previous efforts.

If they enter the studio again, it has to be really worth it, but with this shit kicker guitarist, who suffers from the problem of zero creativity, i doubt it.

I think it goes a little beyond just being the front man.. He was involved in like 5 or more projects, all of which he was the front man of, and it seems every musical project he gets involved in, he's the center of attention for most people. He always brings his Mike Patton-flare to whatever he does, so it's hard for people to NOT focus on him.. If he didn't bring that flare with him, then it probably wouldn't be nearly as good. The man can't help it that he's a talented workaholic.
