I offer this as suggestion that this event never happened: First; there is no reaction from inside the vehicle capturing the event on video; there is sound since we hear the impact and other aqmbient noise. Second, no effect from the debris the prementioned vehicle as it ran over it. No bouncing as the wheels rolled over the debris, and no sound of anything being run over. Details sell an effect, this video lacks those details.
