good work, girls! "ciabatta" is an Italian name (slipper shoes?), like the Hebrew "sha-bat" (Sabbath or Saturday/Sunday). the "bat" part is also a town, like Islamabad Pakistan, Baden Germany, and the Roman baths at Bath England. "batter" is the seed they would crush in a hollow rock or "pestle" (bucket) with a bat to make mush dough (like they still do in Africa), and roll it flat with a small bat to make "pizza" or "pita". "abatis" was also a log fort. - james mcashan for the US Senate
Why so unpleasant? Show a little love, people! I'm glad she isn't stuffing fast food into her face, and what are most kids her age able to make, if their parents haven't stuck them in front of the TV for half their waking hours.
Hey, JohnWatson. Give the kid a break. She's only 6 years old in this video and she was obviously inspired by the guy from Food Wishes and to that I say, "good on her for trying." And as to the music, it's license free music from Apple's Garage Band that is used in thousands of other videos.

Why is this appearing original but a rip-off of earlier posted video: "How to Make No-Knead Ciabatta Bread - Amazing Italian Bread
foodwishes" Same starting music and child even says "How ya doin'"but doesn't know why original video baker said "How ya doin"
So maybe it's the daughter or just an up and coming plagiarist.

I can only imagine what this girl will be like when she grows up. No one will be able to stand her.

It's wonderful that this little girl is attempting to make bread. But she's somewhat obnoxious, using the other participant as her mixing slave.
