@ryanboy97 Snowboy, Baby John, and Diesel. In the play, this song comes where Cool does in the movie, so Riff is dead by now and Action takes over as leader, and Diesel, A-Rab, and then Baby John sing the parts of the judge, therapist, and social worker. In the stage version Riff sings Cool.
