Some men and boys end up with boobs that need surgery to reduce size.

As you grow older in life you realise that their are as many shades of sexuality as there are colours of the rainbow. It annoys me when people confuse transgender with being gay. @bill23138 your point is invalid; even natrually born females need hormones to become a woman...alot of naturally born females get boob jobs and many of them don't actually need them, and make-up is just part of a day to day routine for many women whether they are TG or not, as to your point of us not being able to have children, sure we can't get pregnant and give birth, but then there are naturally born females who are unable to bear children for varying reasons, again; your point is invalid.

As you grow older in life you realise that their are as many shades of sexuality as there are colours of the rainbow. We are all conceived as females, ask the male haters why they are born with breast nipples if they are not going to breast feed babies ? Many children are now being born as intersex and undergo surgery to try to define them as one sex or the other. It annoys me when people confuse transgender with being gay. You can be gay but be completely happy and comfortable with being your gender - trans people gravitate towards their genders (what they are on the inside) societal and mental roles or inherit dispositions. Being gay is completely different to knowing what gender you are. It's obviously a strong chemical thing in the brain that didn't form as it should of during pregnancy.
