When the unit is over heating its because you are using straight electrolysis to breakdown the water. Use a pulsed or current into your booster. High voltage environment, with positive and negative polls at both sides, then pulse with your current.

ya wanna run it in to the INTAKE never a vacuum line. The vacuum will suck water from your container and if it doesnt for some reason it lowers your boiling point of the water and you will wind up with steam.

It is not "unused" energy. You must then replace that energy by driving the alternator. If you burn those Hydrogen bubbles you will get enough energy to drive a small one pound RC car and that's it. You can try this at home with a car battery and some salt water. You'll get a little candle sized flame and then you'll have to recharge the battery. Water is not an energy source. If it was then you would see Ed Beglie Jr. driving around in a water powered car.

Thats cool, but you only have about 1/2 the stuff to keep it working on a consistant basis...if you want a kit that has it all...go to GOTURTLEPOOP, if comes with EFIE, PWM and an ammeter and everything else youi'll need to operate, monitor and keep it working without damaging your vehicle.

It constant it can get to hot and boil but if you do it right it should only get to 140f and run 12v at 20-30 amps at 30 amps you may heat up more but as long as you have water in it and electrolyte it will run as long as your car does.

How you you inject the gas in a fuel injection system? I'm not real mechanical but am figuring that it would be put into the air intake. I am wondering if that is right?
