lol, i never understand how people found Sagat hard (compared to other fighters in the game), I mean his moves are so predictable, when he spams tiger balls, just watch how slow his recovery time is, so simple to take him down with overhead attacks.

but he was so strong that in later versions he was weaker so he could be beatable he lost the ability do deal great damage,he could only trow 1 fire ball in air insted of 2 and he was much slower how ever they made a way for u to use him at his full strenght as a secret character called "shin akuma" shin is a japanese word that means "true" at this version he is at full strenght faster double fireball from air and his most powerfull move the shun goku satsu does 33hits
