you should use a bigger pan to brown you meat if you use a small one such as you are boiling your meat and not deep browning it. I"m a chef and a gamer i have lots of good cooking for gamers ideas
I prefer to fry the onions first, until the start to get "glassy", and *then* add the meat. That way, the meat will absorb a little of that great onion taste. And another hint: since it's the juice of the onion, that makes you cry, another counter to that is a *really* sharp knife, since that way, you'll damage less cells, so less joice is spilled.
And while this looked great, do you have any recipies planned for those vegetarian gamers (that have also infiltrated my group ^^)?
I think I know what I'm making for dinner sometime this week. I'm adding jalapeños, green chilis and maybe a couple other kinds of beans. also, Jiff cornbread mix is made very close to me at Chelsea Mills in Chelsea, MI. Are these 2 lovely ladies the two ladies in his life often mentioned by the very lucky Mr. Wick? You sir are THE MAN!

Looks good, and i'm very glad your wife is doing this. It's nice to see other gamers cooking instead of the usual piles of junk food.

This has been loaded on my computer for along time infact so long that there was only one comment on it at the time.
But painting minitures and the people that can do that sometimes have a sudden onset of mental illness when they enter a kitchen.
But yeah home made stuff rather than shop for sure all the way!
The only problem is that other gamer past time that some have real trouble getting over.
Laziness.
