@POLICEMADgeko7844 It's actually the car company that will do most of the fitting, and as mentioned by the video poster, the light bar is physically very thin - however it could easily be argued that the whole point in light bars is to make the vehicle "high profile"...

USA does it better, using cheap cars to ram and smash into the suspects car, so costs aren't so expansive if it gets damage, this will costs a lot to repair....

@JohnnyBNL1 Well we don't ram cars for a start, if training is done right. The cost if it did ever occur would be minimal. Plus, the police are on contracts with car companies, so getting parts from body panels and mechanical bits are at a lower cost. No the US does not do anything better then any other country at all! I rather been in a jag. I do actually want to turn a corner ;). Plus I rather a cop get out of a manual car then an automatic. As manual users are a little more switched on.

jesus all we have here in Ireland are ford mondeo's, ford focus, ERU use volvo v70. our cars are shit compared to the british cars. Even your lights are cooler than ours.

@surreyboy84 what are u on about mate surrey is the 2nd richest place in the whole of the uk they have bmws,subarus,fords,mitsubishi,­jaguars and about 7 more different types of cop cars thats alot more then pretty much anywhere in europe LOL i love surrey best place ever

@surreyboy84 You would do a double take if you saw exactly how cheap these cars are!!!

They are MUCH cheaper by some considerable margin than say Volvo T6's in the traffic fleet and much better on fuel. However because they are a premium brand outside of the Police the public automaticly presume they pay top dollar for them and waste money in these harsh times so the CC has resfused to order more due to public image!!
