@LogicalMelodies This version is rather hard to come by these days. This was mix released on the 45 pressing of "Human Nature" in the Summer of 1983. It is remixed, runs about 20 seconds shorter than the LP version, and also has that short synthesizer solo during the instrumental break. The only other place I'm aware this mix was released on CD was on a rare Japanese CD3 single.

@remix2341 It's the Japanese release my friend I can assure you - listen to the instrumentation very carefully, especially the total difference just before the middle of the track (just before the start repeats after the second chorus), although you are correct in saying it is a 7" release, but it's most certainly the Japanese version.
