Make sure your vertical ballet leg, and your sailboats, don't go over your nose, make sure they stay 100% vertical. It's a hard thing to get, I used to swim and it wasn't easy but my coach demanded it, and it makes a HUGE difference in judging. Keep up the good work, it looks great. :)
I think that you sholud "put" your knee on the middle of your calf in flamingo position... And I have even 1 comment, but can´t tell it in english...(I mean position.... when you go to ballet position... in slovakia we call it sail fish.. probably you don´t understand me :-/) nava mind :D
I think though, that the knee should not be touching the middle of the calf when in the flamingo position. Please check out: synchro free fr/reglement/cat1 htm (130 Flamenco). I used to call it "sailboat" (back layout position with one knee bent). Please try to explain, I'm sure I would understand! :o)

I like how sharp you are!

Make sure your bottom leg is flat on the water in your flamingo.
Also, the flamingo should be knee-to-calf, not knee-to-knee :)

Okey, but we make it like that.. Not on middle of the calf, but out trainers says that your fingers must be on knee...

Interesting! If you know of a video on YouTube that shows that, let me know, I'd like to see it! :o)
