  • @tejamm: Hi Mateja, I am a Vietnamese. I just want to say I want all the best for you.

  • @nguyenthikhoa

I wish you a very happy christmas and thanks for yours wishes,I hope that there are more people on the world like you. Even you do not know me, well I have no wright words for you.THANKS.

  • I just noticed that your Randy Pausch speech has been deleted.

  • He is gone to eternity - heaven or hell fire!

May God grant us who are still alive to live in the consciousness that it is only a matter of time (of uncertain length) till we go on that same great journey!

    Jesus is the answer!

  • @Markks100 Do you broadcast your religious beliefs online to feel better about your life choices? Are you riddled with doubt, or do you secretly feel like a fraud?

  • Comment removed

  • @Markks100 What happened to your former eloquence? Do you always devolve into name-calling whenever someone asks you to think? That is most un-christlike of you. Incidentally, so is your obsession with white panties (another one of those strange predilections that you broadcast to anyone with an internet connection).

  • @josenros Who told you I like white panties? Now I know something is wrong with you. Nonesense.

  • @Markks100 Alright, let's have a quick sampling of your posting history. I've included links to jog your memory:

"I like her white panties. I wish I could get into them"

    youtube.com/watch?v=89eqJ3b_tTo

"Chioma Chukwuka is sure wearing white cotton panties under those sexy black trousers."

    youtube.com/watch?v=89eqJ3b_tTo

There's heaps more where that came from, as you already know, of course.

For the record, I think Jesus also wore white panties.

  • @josenros Okay. I like white panties. What is wrong with that? I wear white nylon briefs too. It is a choice. You might decide to wear black or nothing at all. It is your choice. Please respect mine. As for Jesus, I never mentioned that name here so stop talking rubbish. Have some respect for Deity. I might not be a Christian but I respect Deity.

  • @Markks100 There's nothing wrong with white panties, or any panties for that matter. There is something wrong with foisting your faith on an anonymous audience and getting vulgar when someone asks you about it.

And are you really going to deny having made claims only a few lines above where you made them? You said: "Jesus is the answer!"

I'm sorry for picking a fight with you, I hadn't anticipated at the time that you'd have the attention span of a goldfish.

  • Oh shit i was watching another video relating to him and saw it was you that uploaded it, I remember you from Ebaumsworld

  • @jayfunk13 Yup. A blast from the past.

  • BUT..meantime..make the best of your life game...and realize that you CONSTANTLY create what happens to you..see THE SECRET movie for clues. in our world, atoms can be broken down into atomic particles..and further into sub-atomic particles...and once again to the point where there's nothing left to see but ENERGY waves..THESE ENERGY WAVES ARE THE SAME, regardless of what atome they end up forming..so any wave can become any THING. just like the energy construct of a VR GAME...ahaaa!! think!!!!

  • You may want to meditate on my comment, and re-evaluate how you view your life and indeed...death. death is sad for those who are left behind..but for the person who has "died"...the only thing that has "died" is the avatar machine called "the body". we are SO MUCH MORE than just a "body"...and when that "other part" of us leaves the dead body...a body that can no longer sustain it...that other part has simply finished the game and goes home. Home is WONDERFUL. do not be afraid of HOME.

  • it's interesting to note that prof Pausch was so involved in VR, Virtual Reality. VR is truly a modern analogy for life in our universe...and we have to thank him for his many lessons, his awesome legacy, but also for playing such a huge part in bringing VR to the world. The recent movie AVATAR also gives us great lessons. i think that we are all born into our AVATAR bodies we call "human"...and that what we call "death" is nothing more than us exiting the VR game of "life".and going "home".

  • God bless Randy and his family....he will be an angel looking over them....from a better world...

  • THANKS FOR EVERYTHING RANDY

  • You speak about Randy Pausch in exactly the right way. What a great man Randy Pausch was.

  • randy is amazing..he has inspired me in ways that i didnt even know was possible...thank you for all that you've done and all who you are..you live on forever in all of our hearts<3

  • Wow, more than a minute and you haven't mentioned Irate Gamer even once

You are my hero, my role model. I aspire to be like you

  • @lildragon I hope he was not a Randy Man...You know what I mean

  • dr. your amazing

  • Thank you Dr.

    R.I.P.

  • RIP...

  • Randy your ideas will live through us

  • The only certainty in life is change, so death, therefore, is no more than a transitional phase.

When I leave this our plane, I wish for everyone to have a celebration, a party --- may it be a reunion!

  • R.I.P. Randy Pausch. You will be missed....

  • Thank you Dr.

  • very eloquently put old chap..

  • i hope god hears what you said and he punishes you dearly for that,

  • Comment removed

  • Thank you.

  • I will never forget him. RIP Dr.

  • ....speechless

  • Guten Abend my dear doctor.

  • he'll be remembered forever...

  • Rest in peace dear Doctor. You are one of the most inspiring persons I have read and watched... you have tought us that following our childhood dreams is something that requires courage... and sometimes other paths seem to be easier...but do not fulfill our souls the same. God bless you Randy. You are not alone :)

  • I wish if i had the chance to meet him. He is an inspiration to me.. May he rests in peace

  • the last day of school last year we watched that video. its sad to see him gone... but he will always be in our hearts, no matter what.

  • Hello! My name is Mateja and I am from Slovenia (beetwen Italy and Croatia). Last year I was diagnoset breast cancer deegre III in January. In February I saw the Oprah Show ( we are slow ) where Randy Pausch was alive in her show told about his disease. Last year when he was past away I was on kemoterapy.I am sorry if you do not understand me, but my english is not perfect. He, Randy , give me a strenght to live and to fight with my cancer. God bless his soul and peace to his family. Mateja

  • @tejamm Hi Mateja, I am writing from London, just wanted to say may god bless you too, am sending you my prayers may god give you the strength as well.

  • @tejamm he inspired many people

  • @tejamm God Bless you. Stay strong. I will say a prayer for you.

  • @tejamm Mateja, upam, da si v redu in da z upanjem zres v prihodnost. Vse najboljse v 2011!

  • @tejamm My heart goes out to you...I say a pray for Mateja now and each time I put on my "I love boobies" bracelet (a recent good cause fad here in the states, rubber band bracelets that say "I love boobies" and all the proceeds go to breast cancer funds). I will think of you also when I participate in the "Relay for Life" next month, STAY STRONG, LIVE STRONG, much love.

  • @monsterhockey7

Thanks. Think of me when you will participate in " RELAY FOR LIFE" and to all people that need a strenght to fight with cancer. I cant be there but will be there in my minde (spirit).Thx for this words, you dont know how much they meen to me. love back to you.....

  • Respect to you my friend.

  • Wow, I figured people would be commenting about how Randy Pausch changed lives, but instead they come on to fight and name call. (Didn't he say that you won't accomplish anything being a jerk? Or something along the lines of that?) Dr. Pausch was an amazing person. I just read the book and can tell you it's the most inspiration piece of material I have ever read! Even though that lecture was just for his kids, it can go for others as well.

  • Blasphy1337, you are one of those people that really are bad, stupid and doesn`t know how to make things right. But you know what? You can change that. You can make yourself better by at least thinking of what you were saying right there. You said something so disgusting that i don`t wanna talk about it. I`m 14 years old, but i can at least be nice. If you want to become something good and enjoy life, then follow this simple rule; shut up your mouth and open your mind.

  • Who cares what he has done in his past, that speech was very inspiring and very true. I would of loved that speech regardless of who spoke it. Something like that cant be faked and is a reflection of someones true character.

  • DOES IT FREAKING MATTER ABOUT THAT? Randy Pausch Had Pancreatic Cancer and had months to live. He Had Students Depending On Him. He Had A Family To Raise. And Still He Held More Bravery Than Anyone Can Hold In The world Today. Months To Live And He Gave One Last Lecture To His Students And All Of us That We Might Not Take The World For Granted And To Change Our Lives For The Better. To Live Life The Way It Should Be Done.

  • So because the man might not have been one of the greatest teacher it makes him a jerk? Wow, not that's one pretty rough judgement. Obviously at a funeral you are not going to recall all the things that annoyed you about somebody. Unfortunately death brings life, hope, so what he wasn't perfect, but he was a human being and just like anybody else he deserves respect.

  • my guess is you didn't read his book huh?

  • Blasphy1337...you are that kid that sneaked into his class, thinking you could get a degree without enrollment. I remember you. You dont have to be bitter about it. You are that guy that thinks everyone else is wrong!

  • not according to his book

  • you are a cruel person bedlas07

  • I am only cruel to those who deserve it. I don't expect people to understand why it is that I do what I do. Dr. Pausch was a great man who brought love & reality to this world and those who try to tear that down deserve to be treated harshly. Sorry you disagree.

  • Question for Blasphy1337 did you attend either of the schools that he taught at? Did he give you an F in one of his classes why the venom at this time?

  • so what if he was?? at the end, it doesn't matter what you believed, but how you lived your life.

  • Palin is perhaps the answer of your questions. She killed ugly turkeys and made bloodbath. Just because she wanted to transfer the souls of these turkes to Dr. Pausch to enjoy death in Heaven. Yes all of these turkes are now in heaven and they are playing with Dr. Pausch nice games. They are sooo happy in heavan. Why don't you visit them for a cup of coffee ??

  • what?

  • You sound like an atheist. If you have read The Last Lecture, then you would know Randy was very religious. So everything you said does not even come close to what has happened to his soul and body. First, he was cremated (No bugs ate his body) and then buried, secondly his consciousness remains alive forever through his spirit looking down upon us from heaven and lastly his spirit he has left with us here on Earth. His love will last forever with the people who cared about him. That is reality!

  • may he God rest his soul on peace but please is this news are true ???

  • Dr. Randy Pausch was a great human being with noble thoughts .

thanks to him for sharing those with all ...

    may god bless his soul

  • Gosh This Man was one in a MILLION I will miss you RIP Dr Randy, may you be in no more pain.

  • Heh. Im not really a 'soft' person, however saying something like that is extremely disrespectful seeing as this man is much more courageous than you will ever be. With that being said, you my friend are the 'fucking faggot.'

  • In response to Schneider92oo7.

  • Go jump off a bridge or something and die.

  • i like saying his last name

  • This is really sweet of you

  • Please share this important life saving info! Google: World Without Cancer, The Science and Politics of Cancer, Laetrile it's only natural, Jason Vale Seed Speech, Lorraine Day Conscious Media, Diseases Don't Just Happen, Hoxsey How Healing Becomes A Crime Video, Rene Caisse Essiac Video, Gerson Therapy Dying to Have Known, Bob Beck Protocol Pt1, There Are No Incurable Diseases, The sunscreen myth, Breast Cancer Deception, Cancer Victors, CanCure, Raw Apricot Seeds, Dr. Kelley, icurecancer,...

  • we need to have more people like Dr. Randy Pausch

  • I knew Randy. A lot of people who had the class don't like him.

  • Why wouldn't they like him? He seemed so nice and down-to-earth. (By the way, I didn't give you a thumbs down; your opinion is as valid as any other.)

  • Well, for one they are the cynics that Randy is talking about. Secondly, Randy had a really easy life compared to most people - he spent his entire life playing video games and was rich enough to afford a doctorate. Also, he was completely oblivious to the negative aspects of life: up until the last few months he probably believed he could think his way out of it. I liked him because he was that gullible, like-able 1950-style schlep that was truly as innocent and naive as he seemed.

  • Wealthy people do not get doctorates and become noted University professors. People with rich minds and spirits do. Those who blame their lack of dollars for their lack of achievement fool only themselves.

  • @glasspar17 Wow, what a great fortune cookie writer make will you.

  • You idiot are

  • "Wealthy people do not get doctorates and become noted University professors." Actually, most can not afford to become doctorates. The rising cost of education is yet another indicator of our global economic imbalance.

  • @glasspar17 wise words!

  • @glasspar17 well said.

  • RIP Randy

  • hmm...never heard of that guy before, but I'll definantly take a look.

  • First Logan Whitehurst and now this?

    SCREW YOU CANCER.

  • yeah its pretty sad when someone who should be a role model for others dies, hopefully people won't forget about him

  • Randy Paush was a true example of determination and was a mentor to us all. He will be missed.

  • Tis a sad day. But his words and lessons will live on.

  • Rest In Peace your words will stick with us forever

  • I couldn't help but chortle at the fact there's a poster of Homer fantasizing about donuts in the background. XD

But Pausch really is an amazing person. You wouldn't be able to tell he was sick by watching him; a true fighter to the end. RIP

  • Technically, it's a puzzle, not a poster ;)

  • RIP

  • What a great and dignified man he was. He touched so many lives and lived his life with courage, honor and dignity even though he knew he was dying. His speech has inspired me (and countless others) to live a life that will inspire others and make this world a better place. We will miss him, however his words will live on forever. May God give his family the courage and strength during this touch time. I salute this courageous man.

  • It is a sad day...but for some reason, I don't think Randy would want us to cry too much. He'd probably say that something about death being a part of life and to live the life we always wanted. I won't mourn his death, but I will remember him.

  • Your absolutely right.

And I'm not overly saddened by this because I know he wouldn't want me to be. It's sad, but it is GREATER just to have seen or heard him speak. I hope that's what many will take from all of this.

I am also hopeful that him dying helps to spread his word to many more people and make him more of a legend than he already is.

  • Rest in peace, he will be dearly missed.

Thank you so much for introducing me to this man, Arch. Although we might not be the best buds in a lot of fields, I respect you so much for teaching me this man's philosophy and showing me some of his work.

Here's to Dr. Randy! -raises glass-

  • No problem, man.

Glad I could introduce him to you and you appreciate his words as many have.

THIS is real life. I hope many never forget this man and the life he lived, especially in his dying days.

  • I honestly had never heard of Randy Pausch, but after listening to the 'Last Lecture' vid, I can see why he will be missed dearly. He was man who inspired many, and me now as well. May he rest in peace.

  • Sad to hear, I heard his speech and then the hour long version a few weeks ago; it's inspiring. I liked him a lot, and I can see why you posted those videos. Thanks for making him aware to other people including myself.
