Asking price for this model is SICK! C-mon E-flight! Get a grip & come down to a reasonable price for your products. The quality of this crap is barely fair to poor & flying characteristics of this particular model really suck.
I am looking for a ultra micro plane I only have a few models available to me and I need help choosing they are the j3 cub, the p51 mustang, the t28 or the kyosho edge 540 pls help
It seems they simply FORGOT to build the aileron servos into their "scale look". I'm sorry, but the extrenal and uncovered servos destroy the look completely.
exposed servos!!???? ugly,,,, you guys hit everything else, and then ya go and do that, w.t.f??? and 169.00 just for an out runner motor? i think you would sell more at 120.00. just my thoughts.....
@wolfxx66 Late October. I'd suggest keeping an eye on our FaceBook and Twitter Pages as we'll post when it's shipping. I would also suggest pre-ordering one on the HorizonHobby Website too.
I can see peoples here love it, and I like the idea too, but it looks butt ugly. Seriously, the ambitious scheme with big Horizon logos show you're proud of the model but the colors are horrible.
@AxsFin I agree with HorizonRCdotCom. The detail to the full scale version is dead on and exact colors. Love the colors over the bland white foam look any day. Well done Horizon!
@team222badbrad - I'd rather have access to them. Not all of their micros have them internal. Micro 4 site has them exposed. This plane is similar but not profile. Should be more durable. Not a bad price. It's the same of the others are priced.
@mfasouletos The 4 site is in a different category because it isn't "real". It looks like they just slaped those servos on with some double sided tape and said let's sell it!
They spent all that effort making it super scale for a micro then took the easy way out on the servos.
Great looking plane but I hope you will also offer a PNP version like the 4-Site since I really don't need another charger. And if you do, don't wait another 3 months more to release it. Thanks.
Nice plane and the quality shows, but the price, holy cow Horizon.. Theres plenty of kyosho minium style planes with brushless setups out there for half that tag.

@AxsFin The color and trim closely matches the full size Beast. Personally I liked the scheme after seeing so many white foam models.

Bit pricey and those servos look out of place... They should be covered up or internal like the rest of your micros.
