I would give Cutie Honey a Mature or even a Teen rating, because sure back in the 70's it would have been given an R rating but because of society changing their views on things like how much is considered as low, medium and high levels of sexual content, I would give Cutie Honey a medium sexual content with brief nudity as well as being able to see her breasts fully when she is changing.

So a mature rating will be ok for that.

It's really good but I would give this verson an R rating for the cursing and well Honey's boobs

but Cutie honey flash is only pg and was made by the same team that did sailor moon stars
