Yes well Chester dosent deserve nothing !!! friend of mine was killed there 2 weeks ago ,, giving to the people of Chester and what do they do KILL they are animals who deserve to be treated like animals im so sick of my tax money going to them, and im sure there are decent ppl there but few and far between !!!!!!!!!!!!
