I've tested various (different frequencies and power) UV-C lights and ozone generators and ionizers for two years now to reduce microbes/pathogens/molds/etc from air water and walls and not one unit worked .. at least worked enough to reduced any of these substantially, most didn't do a thing. These pathogens are tough buggers. Even bleach did very little. About the only thing that worked was drain-o and anti-biotics! And even then, it has to be reintroduced frequently.

Ozone doesn't kill the mold. Mold spores are invisible and are around us all the time. Ozone generators are best used for removing odors such as smoke, turmeric or mold and mildew from a home. Typically the generator is run when the homeowner is away for an hour or two, timers can be set to have it shut off allowing the room to return to normal oxygen levels before people return. It does work and beats the pants off of anything but it does not prevent mold or destroy mold.

The EPA based it's results by using TEN TIMES the recommended allowable levels and then declared it dangerous. You can read that in their report. Use TEN TIMES of anything and see how safe it is. Drink TEN TIMES the amount of water you do everyday and see how you feel. The EPA's recommendations are often taken out of context and are politically skewed.

Can it measure the levels in the house - to make sure (a) the level is high enough to do what you claim it can do - and that it is safe to enter the home after its work is finished? If so - I hope the meter reading is not on the machine itself - else the user what have to guess it is safe by walking back into the house to take the reading to see if it is safe!

Do some research ozone has a half-life of about 30 minutes. A couple of hours after the machine turns itself off, with it's built in timer it is safe to go back in the house. We offer ozone meters in case you want to be sure, but they are not needed when you simply wait.

A meter on the machine would do no good. If you want to measure it, you measure the ambient air, NOT what's coming out of the machine, but AGAIN you do not enter the room while the machine is running.

You simply wait a couple of hours after the machine has shut itself off and all the O3 100% oxygen will have reverted back to the O2 100% Oxygen.

It is not physically possible for ozone to remain in an area for very long. It is an unstable molecule that breaks apart very rapidly.

Fill a tank up with pure ozone, come back a few hours later and there will be no ozone in the tank but ONLY 100% O2 Oxygen. These are the simple laws of Physics you don't seem to be educated to.

What were you doing in a burned out house after a fire? They said it was only used as "shock treatment in UNOCCUPIED arias" it can't hurt you if you don't breathe it. It will break down into Oxygen in a matter of hours and will be a totally safe environment ...unless you smoke ..haha *high o2 environments can help fires burn faster and hotter* so open the windows and air out after. Oh and it gets rid of nasty smells and some bugs.

I bought one of these machines and I have to say it really works.

My basement gets constant mold smells, and when I run this machine for an hour it stays fresh for weeks. There's no way to keep my basement dry, so the mold keeps coming back.

This allows me to kill it whenever the mold comes back.

I got this model shown here and I've been using it for almost 3 years with no problem.

This thing really kills the mold. Great investment.
