@jackthatcunt he made a channel while he was losing weight where he talked about what he was doing and stuff it's called "shayloss". i would suggest watching some of those. he basically says just follow all the cliche stuff (eat right and exercise). there is no secret to weight loss that's what u have to do. in my experience exercise is most effective. make sure to do something that get's ur heart rate up, everyday, for at least 20min and u WILL start to see results quickly.

@jackthatcunt i've done a lot of research on this and experienced it myself so i know what it's like. i just wanted to stress what i was saying about exercise. diets don't work nearly as well bc they often make u go hungry and that makes u want to eat. don't eat less just eat healthy and make sure u exercise! i would suggest starting out walking on a tredmill with the incline set real high. it's a great way to build up endurance and it's not as brutal as running, but it's still a good workout!

@jackthatcunt lol sry just wanted to add one more thing. when i said "u will see results quickly" in my first comment i mean u can expect to lose about one pound a week if u exercise every day. some people have too high expectations but believe me one pound a week adds up fast! just be patient, it will get easier and u will start to feel much better very quickly! that's it! good luck i hope this helped :)
