This appears to be the Steve Priest (bassist) version of Sweet. There is also an Andy Scott version, which is much better than this. Both lead singer Brian Connelly and drummer Mick Tucker are sadly no longer with us.

Brian Connelly sweet disbanded in 2008(10 years after his death) and there are no other groups as Brian and Andy are the only two member who carried it on. Steve is a record producer and song writer in America
