Employers are looking at them and basing their hiring practicis on them? These social networks put not only your personal privacy at risk, they can get you hired or not. Wow, I need out of this nation.

You're pretty but you sound like a computer reading, and you got your job because of that. Good luck with employers after wading through the company’s bull shit pile of online assessments, which mean nothing after 100 other people already have before you. Most companies don't even except physical resumes or applications. The world has gone to the internet and it has ruined every realistic aspect of job hunting. This makes it even harder, there is no judge of character upon meeting you.
