I just hate the lack of directional buffering. The only one that works that I know of is King's Big Swing in a juggle. Otherwise, I can never do the Mishima's f,d,d/f+2 multiple juggles. You can try to juggle doing Raven's f,f+4, but pnly the last f+4 comes out. This is the only fighter where you have to have magic lightning hands to do juggles.
actually i think a ton of steve's moved are buffered regarding his stances. i use them all the time. i used to watch tekken crash and think that his flying uppercut was a single move but you have to switch your stance and then do the move. i found out from watching the vid that you can do both at the same time. i use it on all his stances and its great. it allows me to hide a lot of techniques.
Ne0Russell can you do the rejection thing after the blue bolt?is rejection needs buffering because it's hard to do. sometimes i do it but not on purpose pls help me
i do buffering since tekken 3 but i dont call it "buffering" just call it "keep pushing a button so you dont have to push it twice" nice video anyway ^^
The only thing I find buffering useful for are kings multipart thorws. The tekken series is pretty lenient on input execution IMO. Maybe it's just me, but I've never had a problem doing all of the attacks in the game. When it comes to kings multipart throws, if you don't butter, it aint happening. At least for me. ;)
Every other fighting game, I feel like buffering is a must.
here's an easier trick. When you start a multi throw with any character, if you just keep mashing 1+2+3+4 really fast, it will accept those inputs as the throw.
@Ne0Russell How to break king's grapple? i had fought a match and there is one guy keep using this move grapple me over and over.It is so piss me off.I wonder how to counter..anybody knows about it?
@like which ones? I'n trying to picture buffering for his throws, I've never buffered before maybe i can get all his throws now once i learn to buffer
@kingsphatgirl Well, everyone's skill level is different. For me, the only part's of hit throws that I need to buffer are any that involve pressing more than 2 buttons simultaneously. Get down the single button commands first, then once you get that going, work on buffering the multi button parts. What you do is when you see you have to press something like lp+rp+lk. keep pressing that when you get to that part of the command. once you see that work, start putting n the next part of the throw.
how large (in frames) is the buffer window for this game?

With Paul's example, won't buffering stop you doing the Just Frame version of it?
spinmaster0 2 years ago
@spinmaster0 yes, indeed. if you "buffer" pauls d4, 2, 1+2 it wont do the just frame.

Instead, I buffer!
